Cold Smoked Scottish Salmon with Label Rouge Certificate
The fillets leaving our smokehouse weigh a maximum of 1500g, however, on request, we cut elements weighing from 200g upwards.
This salmon has a beautiful deep orange color, it is fat and very springy. Thanks to the use of Beech-Alder smoke and coastal turf rich in minerals and herbs, its taste is truly unique.
The fish come from certified breeding, where they grow and feed in an environment that is as close to the natural as possible.
