First, the pieces of salmon end up in the sweet ginger soy marinade. The next step is drying with hot air. This process produces delicious, sweet "salmon candies"
Salmon Jerky is prepared with: Scottish and Alaskan salmon, soy sauce, ginger, sugar and roasted white sesame seeds.
