Cold-smoked Alaskan Salmon COHO
Another wild Alaskan salmon in our offer. Its meat is dark red in color, it is very tender and it is also very rich in valuable OMEGA 3 acids.
This salmon is absolutely delicious, but the texture of the meat is so delicate that it is difficult to cut it into thin slices. We suggest cutting it vertically into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
The fillets are already much larger than in the case of Sockeye salmon. Their weight fluctuates in the range of 1000-1400g. However, it is not necessary to order the whole fillet. On request, the elements are cut from 200g upwards.
By adding a drop of lemon, tabasco or a little mayonnaise, we have a 100% guarantee of unearthly taste sensations.
