Description
Shrimps prepared according to a secret recipe known only to the owner of Mr. Salmon Polish Smokehouse. First, they go for many hours to a special spicy marinade, and then to a smokehouse full of hot cherry and alder smoke, where they mature for 6-8 hours. This process produces slightly sweet, springy shrimps with a very distinct smoky aroma.
How To Eat Smoked Shrimp:
Cold with a little chilli sauce mixed with mayonnaise. They are also very good with a drop of tabasco sauce
Cold as an ingredient of any salad
When cold, thinly sliced and arranged on a plate like carpaccio(With rocket salad, parmesan, balsamico)
Fried in butter and garlic, accompanied by a crispy baguette
Fried with other seafood in a tomato sauce with your favorite pasta
