Description
Perfectly roasted pork knuckle. Skin crispy from one side by from other absolutely tender, sticky with delicate sweet touch.
Our knuckles are going on the spit after 5 days marinade with herbs, beer and moustard. Next they are roasted very slowly for few hours. For last 5 minutes we touch them with honey made from field flowers.
When raw the are approx. 1,5kg. After roasting you get 1kg knuckle.
